When I arrived at a customer site, they were not ready at all for us like they said they were going t' be. No lines run, no network configurations, no rack space... these be th' things that seem t' be consistently inconsistent from one project t' th' next. Even if ye get confirmation from every required party member, there will always be something that be NOT done. This can cause a minor delay or major delay in getting things started on site. There be even instances whar th' first 3 hours aft arriving, th' gear that ye be supposed t' be there t' install be nowhere t' be found. It doesn't matter how prepared ye be for th' day, there will always be one headache aft another.
